01/08/23: NEC Software Solutions’ (NECSWS) has today announced the completion of its acquisition of SSS Public Safety Ltd (formerly Capita SSS Ltd), strengthening its portfolio of cutting-edge technology and support services used by the police and other emergency services.
NECSWS provides innovative software and services to UK police forces and law enforcement organisations across the world. From investigations to forensics, traffic enforcement to biometrics, its solutions enable police forces to refocus resources to where they are needed most and provide key intelligence to improve decision making on the frontline.
SSS delivers software solutions that are proven to support operational transformation and improve the service delivered to the public through some of the largest and most complex agencies in police, fire, ambulance, and other public safety agencies, such as highways and coastguard across 15 countries and 5 continents.
